The Early Mail has found Sepoy in Race 4 at Flemington in Melbourne tomorrow. Sepoy meets all How To Win criteria for top-rated status.

Last week’s Early Mail provided a $6 winner in Love Conquers All with Waratah’s Secret beaten a nose.  It is interesting to note top jockey Paul Harvey is back on Waratah’s Secret tomorrow in Perth.

Interesting to note also the return of Kelbenjar in Brisbane after his being top-rated a fortnight ago only to be left in the barriers.

The Big 6 appears within reach this weekend with very short-priced favourites likely to salute in the first two legs and either Jimmy Choux, Rekindled Interest or Helmet likely to win the fifth leg (the Cox Plate).

At this early stage Love Conquers All in Race 6 at Caulfield in Melbourne and Waratah’s Secret in Race 8 at Ascot in Perth come closest to fulfilling How To Win’s stringent criteria for top-rated status.  The site will be updated in the event of either runner achieving such status.

In the meantime How To Win followers can continue to dine out on last Saturday’s magnificent results with Helmet winning at odds of $2.25 and Petman scoring at odds of $2.

There are three runners which meet all top-rated criteria tomorrow.  They are Kelbenjar in Race 1 at Eagle Farm in Brisbane, Helmet in Race 7 at Caulfield in Melbourne and Petman in Race 6 at Morphettville in Adelaide.

They are Love Conquers All In Race 4 at Randwick  in Sydney, Sincero in Race 7 (The Epsom) at Randwick, Bonindi in Race 7 at Strathalbyn in South Australia (there being no metropolitan meeting in Adelaide) and Leapfrog in Race 8 at Eagle Farm in Brisbane.

Last week’s top-rater First Command was pipped into second place, however, with the totes paying up to $2 the place First Command supporters were able to hedge their bets.

The Early Mail for tomorrow is First Command in Race 7 at Caulfield in Melbourne.

This runner also meets all criteria for top-rated status.

How To Win is taking a well-earned rest until the end of next month at which time we will return for our spring assault.  In the meantime Black And Bent will keep the pot simmering.

Secret Flyer looks a good show of winning the Bletchingly (Race 6) at Caulfield in Melbourne tomorrow, however, the horse which meets all criteria for top-rated status is Mister Make Believe in Race 8.

How To Win is looking to finish the season on a high after a magnificent day last Saturday with Black And Bent saluting at odds of $1.35 and Tierqualo also streeting his rivals at odds of $3.30.
