The best bet of the day for Saturday, 13th March is Melbourne (Flemington) – Race 10 – 2.Stillme.

There is no selection today. Last week’s place special The Jackal ran third paying up to $2.20 with Australian totalisator agencies.

Were one to have a go there is no doubt the best bet of the day is Tollesprit in Race 2 at The Valley (Melbourne). However, The Valley is the most “horses for courses” track of all the metopolitan racecourses due to its synthetic surface so let us err on the side of caution and live to fight another day as this is Tollesprit’s first start at Moonee Valley.

Last Saturday capped a huge month for How To Win with OllieVollie winning at odds of $2.10 and Encosta Belief running a close second.

The best bet of the day for Saturday, 6th February is Denman in the third In Melbourne. Slap it on like your father used to slap on the California Poppy.
